Just wonderful The staff and in fact even outside of the resort the residents of Bali are the most wonderful friendly people. Absolutely no negatives. Must eat in The New Meads. The hotel is great. You cannot compare it to other 5 star rated hotels. This is a great 4 star hotel. Food is expensive and up there with Sofitel, grand Hyatt and Padma. Pools are good, staff are great and rooms nice.

We had a lovely holiday at Grand Mirage. We were disappointed that our room was located in the Family Paradise, so the staff kindly offered to move us to the main building, however we chose to stay in Family Paradise as the room had been nicely renovated. We were still able to use the facilties at the Grand Mirage resort. I would recommend this resort for families with young children or group bookings.

Overrated
Their garden view rooms are dated and their outdoor dinners run till 10pm which means you’ll get loud music and bass thumping in your room. The renovated ocean view rooms were nice and the family wing rooms were also much more modern. The food was pretty average. Would have been disappointed if we opted for all inclusive.
