We had a faultless 4 night stay. The staff were very welcoming and hotel itself spotlessly clean and smells amazing. We went for the standard room which was very comfortable with a massive tv and balcony with a sea view. Incredible sunrise and sunset viewing. Lovely toiletries and complimentary water tea coffee etc. The breakfast was out of this world! Anything you could possibly want including cava! Delicious fresh food and coffee. Slightly varied hot offering each day. Location was excellent, 3 minute walk from the beach. Only downside was the pool was like ice, but little point heating it in January when its so quiet. We'll definitely be back!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this lovely hotel. The outside appearance isn't great but the inside and the pool area are very good. The staff were helpful and friendly. All areas were very clean. Breakfast was superb. It's a short walk to the beach and old town. I definitely intend to return.

Mercure Benidorm - Sept 2024
Hotel was good - food options for breakfast and buffet evening meal were limited and repetitive - not worth Euro 25. Room was good and comfortable, which is what you would expect for the price, as we paid extra for a deluxe room. Pool area is nice and provides shade when needed. Check in and bar staff are very helpful.
