My partner and I came for his birthday, the rooms were clean but smaller than expected.
The staff were all friendly, but even on photocopying our passports couldn’t match my name with the name on the screen, and asked if I’d made a booking. And even when I pointed out my name tried to give me someone else’s invoice.
It also stated on the booking that breakfast was included - we ended up paying for breakfast.

I’m very frustrated I arrive in the hotel and he told me he has to find another hotel for me then he send me to another hotel. Because he said to me he has problem electric on for floor and he’s going to call a taxi to send me to another hotel then I wait 15 minutes
When I am arriving here I am very disappointed and frustrated and tired I don’t know what should you do when I’m going to toilet to get a shower I’m very tired don’t have a nothing there so this make me sick and I don’t know the words what I can use . it but I will not stay here I’ll find another way but I want my money back

si viajas a barcelona en coche muy buena opcion, pues puedes aparcar el coche sin pagar y a 100mts del hotel esta el tren, que en 25 minutos te deja en plaza cataluña.

Walking distance from train
The hotel is clean and staff helpful. The wifi didn't work in our room on the fourth floor but was good enough in lobby. Town is close by too and plenty of buses. Moulins del Rei is a small town. The people speak a mix of Spanish and French but not much English. Bring an electric adapter with two prongs ! Didn't eat in restaurant but looks nice

After I arrived I found out that the hotel did not provided parking for the guess.
I was obligated to pay parking spot in the hotel or park out side on the street, my problen was that there was not parking on the street. so I have to pay an extra $* Euros= $* US per day.
