A great place for our week’s holiday from the UK! Clean room with friendly and helpful staff. Some rooms have a view out to Vesuvius and you can watch the great cruise ships. There are cafes right outside and around the back are shops selling more or less everything such as coffee, milk, biscuits and so on. Across is from the entrance is Gran Cafe Melisurgo, also highly recommended.

O quarto fica em um prédio antigo e tem uma excelente localização, o que facilita bastante conhecer a cidade a pé e utilizar o transporte público. No entanto, a experiência foi prejudicada por alguns problemas importantes. A porta do banheiro simplesmente não fechava, comprometendo a privacidade, e o ar-condicionado não funcionava como deveria, tornando o ambiente desconfortável. Outro ponto bastante negativo é que o elevador do prédio só funciona mediante o pagamento de €0,05 por viagem. Em todas as minhas viagens, nunca tinha visto algo assim em uma hospedagem. Com alguns ajustes na manutenção e a eliminação dessa cobrança inusitada pelo elevador, a experiência poderia ser muito melhor.
