Frequento essa pousada a bastante tempo, ficando hospedado várias vezes. O grande diferencial era a possibilidade de frequentar as instalações do Insólito. Desta vez fui surpreendido pela necessidade de pagamento de R$250,00/dia/pessoa para uso do day use. A informação foi dada após a confirmação da reserva. Quando questionada a gerência foi informado q anteriormente constava a possibilidade e que retiraram essa informação. No serviço de café da manhã foi notada a queda da qualidade, pois com a pousada lotada havia apenas uma funcionária atendendo. Apesar de todo esforço da mesma nao dava conta com diversos pedidos esquecidos e não reabastecimento do buffet(faltou café, pães, frutas, etc). A piscina que agora é a única que pode ser frequentada não possuiu nenhum guarda sol(vital, pois não há nenhuma sombra natural) o serviço de bar inexiste. Paguei o day use, pois estou acostumado c serviço do Insolito. Infelizmente a pousada q já foi uma bela surpresa hj não me atende.

O melhor de tudo foi sem dúvidas o STAFF. Na Jubart fomos muito bem recebidos pela RENATA que servia o café com um sorriso no rosto e nos jurou quando mais precisamos: maravilhosa! Já no Insólito o EVISON nos atendeu maravilhosamente bem desde a recepção até o final do dia. Fez com que a experiência no Insólito fosse muito além do que imaginamos! Meu quarto no Juberte era super limpo e confortável, água quente abundante e mais que isso a água não era salgada como acontece muito em Búzios. Já no insólito eu pude desfrutar das áreas comuns: piscinas maravilhosas, saunas, praia privativa, almoço excelente! Minha experiência foi maravilhosa, agradeço imensamente a RENATA e EVISON! Nota 10!
