O hotel oferece uma ótima experiência pé na areia, bem como, para quem não queira ficar literalmente na praia, uma excelente experiência beira-mar, no deck. A janta não é das mais baratas, mas é excelente em termos de variedade e qualidade - o café da manhã é o melhor que já vi na rede Ibis dos quais já tive oportunidade de me hospedar. Utilizei bastante a academia, que é bem espaçosa - embora falte um ou outro aparelho (o que é absolutamente normal, mesmo em resorts). A decoração do quarto achei bem bacana, assim como o espaço. Roupas de cama e de banho absolutamente limpas. Sobre a localização, o hotel não fica exatamente no centro da cidade, mas a cerca de um quilômetro de lá - e isso torna seu canto de praia um pouco mais reservado, o que achei ótimo. Me hospedaria de novo? Com certeza.

O quarto é grande, cama maravilhosa, vista espetacular! Chuveiro delicioso! E a equipe? Extremamente atenciosa!
Só não dou 5 estrelas porque o jantar não tem variedade exceto pelas sobremesas. No resto foi quase todas as noites igual.
E também porque teria que ter um controle melhor das cadeiras de praia porque infelizmente falta educação dos demais hóspedes que reservam as cadeiras.

Hotel novo , bom café da manhã , quarto limpo , cama boa , colaboradores super atenciosos, única questão que o hotel precisa rever , é a quantidade de cadeiras e guarda-sol disponibilizados na praia , o hotel tem mais de 200 quartos e somente 25 guarda-sóis e 50 cadeiras , ficam disponíveis para os hóspedes

O Hotel é um dos melhores da região, com certeza! Tem uma boa infraestrutura, ambiente super aconchegante e uma equipe super disposta a ajudar! Fomos em um período de alta temporada, então obviamente o café da manhã ficava bem cheio, a píscina também, em alguns momentos não havia cadeira de sol disponíveis nem vaga no estacionamento, mas não foi nada que prejudicou a nossa estadia.

Segunda vez no Ibis Maragogi. A primeira foi ótima, mas esta foi decepcionante.
No checkout apareceu uma cobrança indevida de R$ 66,00 por 5 cocos verdes, supostamente consumidos às 11h48 na mesa 19. Não pedimos coco em nenhum momento. Estávamos apenas em dois adultos e ficamos o dia inteiro na praia. Mesmo assim, a recepção insistiu na cobrança, com total despreparo.
O mais constrangedor foi ver outro grupo ter cobranças estornadas imediatamente, enquanto no nosso caso não houve a mesma postura.
Além disso, houve falta de padrão nas orientações: fomos informados de que, após o checkout, só poderíamos ficar na praia, não na piscina. Minutos depois, outro grupo foi autorizado a permanecer na piscina sem pagar day use.
Experiência ruim por falha no atendimento e tratamento desigual entre hóspedes.
