I don’t remember the lady who checked me in late at night on Monday the 14th. But she was amazing, friendly, had a good laugh about random things. She also made sure my stay was easier by allowing me to park out front since I had so many bags and only staying a few hours. She needs a raise or a bonus for her customer service

Hyatt is a beautiful place to stay! Very clean, the staff is super friendly and everything is in walking distance. It’s literally two blocks from PNC Stadium which is beautiful as well! The river walk that is absolutely gorgeous also in walking distance from the Hyatt Place Pittsburgh-North Shore.

The hotel is lovely! We were able to walk to the sites we wanted to visit (Warhol Museum, PNC Park & AcriSure Stadium) as well as find a variety of options for dining and adult beverages! It is easy to get to from the interstate. Parking is a bit tricky if you've never been there as GPS sends you to the completely wrong entrance to the parking lot! Its the ideal location to attend a Pirates game and stay over or to attend a Steelers game and stay over! Highly recommend!
