Our stay at the Manning River Motel was just what we needed for our visit to Taree. Clean and quiet with lovely staff. I would highly recommend the motel for those wanting a basic place to stay, at a great price.

Mostly all was great except wifi access issues and potholes in drive area put my low base car at risk of damage.

Just had an overnight stay while travelling down the east coast. Room was spacious (although we had a family room as that was the last room available), bed was very comfortable and there was parking right outside the room. Pub next door was great (you check in & collect the key here) - not fancy, but friendly staff, and the meals were superb. We had both lunch and dinner in it.
Would stay here again if I was stopping off in Taree.

For the price it was a great stay. Heaps of room and easy parking. Room was slightly dated as expected but very clean and everything worked well. Was nice to have a bar fridge that actually kept things cold for once too. Can’t even get that in the big hotels.

Overall very basic, one room and small ensuite,but with the essentials eg clean toilet,shower, towels,double bed & clean sheets etc. Extra pillow would have been appreciated but didn’t worry about that. The area around very quiet,a good night’s sleep. A little disappointing no heating appliance (Microwave). However aircon effective.

Back to a visit to my school days growing up in a country town so Manning River Hotel Taree was great location to walk the delightful riverbank - walk the town and surrounds (I love walking!) and friendly local Hotel meeting the locals and great food I could take bk to my room - fabulous thank you from Jude

The motel parking area was great but the entry road needs some work.Especially if your car is smaller.
But over all my stay was pleasant. Enjoyed the hotel atmosphere and food, right next door.

WiFi was bad and we spoke to the staff.
She was very helpful but couldn’t do anything to help. She said boosters were installed but guests still complain that it is weak.
We couldn’t get WiFi throughout our one nights stay.
