A good enough little place to stay! Right across from the train station which was perfect for us. Great pizza place near by for a quick meal. About 30 min walk to pantheon area then an hour to Vatican. Good enough little place for our quick trip!

Great little gem!
Great room and shower, as well as unlimited coffee, tea and water in the well appointed and shared kitchen. Directly across from Roma Termini and walkable to all the sights. Friendly and accommodating management. Surprisingly quiet at night, too!

This is a great bed and breakfast inn. Very cute and colorful with a bit of Bohemia thrown in as well. The owners were fabulous and beyond accommodating … especially for just a one night stay. The location is amazing since it is across the street from Termini so close to everything literally! It will be our go to lodging for Rome going forward.

Perfect for basic+ needs
Right across the street from the Rome main terminal. Pretty much +/-2 km in any direction to different sights. Would rather walk to see than have to walk with bags around the city. Cute rooms. Small bathroom - but only annoying because travelling with teens. Friendly and helpful host. If you're looking for a affordable with comfy bed, clean room and option to cook or refrigerate snacks. Highly recommend!

The property was extremely unique. It was a little outdated but it was clean and well kept. The location was convenient being close to the train station if you need that but it was also pretty dirty in that area

Walking distance from Rome Termini. Room is compact enough for short stays or not too many bags of luggage. Bathroom shower a little bit claustrophobic (very small). Didn't saw any staff at late afternoon arrival or early departure. City taxes had to be left in CASH inside safety box.

Good start to a vacation in Italy.
Thoroughly enjoyed the first night of a two week stay in Italy. It was very convenient to Roma Termini (which makes it convenient to the express train to Rome airport) and the Metro. Staff was friendly and r a bag drop offaccomodating. The only challenge was the need to make an appointment for bag drop prior to check-in with the uncertainty of arrival of our trans-Atlantic flight.
