Haeundae

Haeundae brings the beach party with its dazzling 1.5km stretch of white sand that's basically Busan's summer playground. The beachfront buzzes with parasol-dotted shores by day and neon-lit entertainment after dark. Culture seekers can hop between the ultra-modern Busan Cinema Centre and the thoughtful collections at Busan Museum of Art. For retail therapy that'll make your credit card sweat, Shinsegae Centum City delivers major shopping thrills. Getting around couldn't be easier with three metro stations connecting you to city centre Busan. Oceanfront dining ranges from fresh-caught seafood to international cuisine, with options for every budget. High-rise luxury hotels dominate the skyline, offering those dreamy ocean views that'll flood your social feeds with holiday envy.

Seomyeon

Seomyeon is Busan's electric playground where shopping, eating, and partying never stop. Underground markets buzz with locals hunting for fashion steals while nightclubs pump out K-pop beats until dawn. The area sits at a major subway interchange that connects the entire city, making it perfect for travellers who want to explore. Food options range from sizzling Korean BBQ to quick street snacks at Bujeon Market where the seafood is always fresh. Hotels and hostels fit most budgets, and with subway lines 1 and 2 intersecting here, you can zip to Busan's beaches in under 30 minutes when you need a break from urban energy.

Gwangan-dong offers a beachy paradise where the stunning Gwangalli shoreline meets Busan's electric energy. Watch the LED lights dance across the iconic Gwangandaegyo Bridge while locals and travellers mingle on golden sands. When the sun dips, the area transforms with buzzing beach bars and seafood spots serving fresh catches just steps from the water. Getting around is a breeze with Gwangan Station and several other metro stops connecting you to Busan's attractions. Accommodation ranges from luxury high-rises with ocean views to cosy guesthouses tucked in quieter residential streets away from the beachfront action.

Nampo-dong

Nampo-dong hits you with sensory overload in the best possible way. Gukje Market's maze of stalls bursts with colourful textiles while nearby Jagalchi Fish Market showcases glistening seafood sliced by skilled hands. Street food dominates the dining scene with hotteok pancakes and fresh sashimi that won't break your wallet. The area buzzes with shoppers until late evening, making it perfect for night owls. Getting around is a breeze with Nampo Station nearby and pedestrian-friendly streets throughout the area.

Jung-gu

Jung-gu buzzes with multicultural energy where markets, history, and international influences collide. Gukje Market's maze of stalls overflows with treasures while Jagalchi Fish Market serves up the freshest seafood imaginable. Climb to Yongdusan Park for breathtaking harbour views from Busan Tower or wander the emotional 40-Step Culture Street that tells war-time stories through sculptures. Getting around couldn't be easier with three subway stations connecting you to Busan's beaches and attractions. Local restaurants serve everything from Korean classics to Chinese dumplings and Russian specialities at wallet-friendly prices. "Furnitures and room itself were a bit worn out here and there. Expected to have bidet in the washroom but it didn’t. However, in overall, very clean and nice equipped room. Hotel facilities were a bit rusted but still fancy. Staffs are very kind and helpful. Visited couple of restaurants and they provided good quality and tasty dishes. Very family friendly so sometimes pools are crowded. Maybe i will revisit someday. "
