We had a lovely stay. The staff were all very nice and courteous! The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the necessary conveniences. We used the pool once and had a great experience with the pool side drink service. A bonus is that the hotel is very close to the BTS train station, Terminal 21 Mall, and many amazing restaurants. Soi 15, great locations, minutes walk from Asok BTS and Terminal 21. Room is spacious, but obviously worn out. Small items like sink, toilet bowl and door knob require maintenance or even replacement. Half of the TV screen in my room is discoloured. Air-con works well. Terrible view from my room, can only see a empty construction site from my window. Staff are generally nice and great. However, when I ask to borrow a USB-C charger or adaptor from the front desk, staff say there is none, and suggest me to buy one from Terminal 21.

The staff is great! Very friendly and accommodating. Location is perfect. Close to the mall (Terminal 21), the BTS and MRT. The facilities are clean and well kept. The pool is a bit small but the still provides great views and serves as a nice lounge area. I also love the red strip... I'm a sucker for accent pieces! The gym could use more free weights in my opinion but it get's the job done. Overall, we loved our stay hear and would be happy to recommend it to anyone who asks!
