Lovely hotel! The staff was amazing, they were always ready to help with anything. Super clean room and housekeeping did an exellent job! I tried the breakfast and it was really nice, buffet and the opportunity to order different dishes straight from the kitchen. The rooftop area was also really nice, the only thing I wished for was some umberellas or other for of shade for the sun lounges as it got very hot suring the day. Really recommend this hotel, the location is really good and the value for many is very good!

nestled near train street this little gem of a hotel was amazing, the staff were very helpful and friendly with well spoken English. the lobby is beautifully decorated and the room we had was clean and modern with a massive king bed. Roof top bar and pool view was just of more rooftops but your in Hanoi's old qtr so thats expected but 360 degree views of the city. breakfast is a reasonable buffet with an added menu to select some freshly cooked items and freshly made coffees, if wanted. (maybe don't believe the pictures on some things) and make sure you specify hot or cold for your coffee choice. but seriously these are very minor things. trains street (nearest attraction) is one street over, 5-10 min walk turning right out of hotel brings you to the crossing.

Hotel de Lagom is a fantastic boutique hotel. The communication with their staff has been excellent, with consistent engagement before arrival, and their warm welcome has been outstanding. Breakfast was amazing, featuring a variety of local and Western dishes. Highly recommend this hotel which is located in the old quarter which has great views of Hanoi from their rooftop and the room was clean and spacious.
