Room is cleaned and well kept. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. We have a pleasant stay. No kitchen is ready to serve customers. Food has to get from shops nearby from afternoon onwards. Shops mostly close in morning.

Selepas daftar, dapat bilik di tingkat 6. Namun selepas masuk bilik, bilik didapati belum housekeeping dengan baik (terdapat kesan bilik tidak dikemas lagi sebelum diserahkan kepada guess) Towel yang telah digunakan berada diatas katil. Katil tidak mempunyai bantal (terdapat 2 katil dlm bilik tersebut). Pihak hotel telah membuat pertukaran kepada bilik lain di tingkat 4. Namun, water heater tidak berfungsi. Toilet wanita di tingkat pendaftaran, terdapat habuk rokok di dalam tandas. Mohon tingkatkan tahap kebersihan hotel !!
