Equipe boa, porém o hotel está mal cuidado. Falta investimento do proprietário. Colchão péssimo. O banheiro tinha cheiro de esgoto e ralo estava entupido. Café da manhã de pouca qualidade. Falta uma cafeteira para os hóspedes. Há uma criação de galinhas na entrada.

Quarto limpo, porém não tem serviço de quarto, toalhas não são trocadas diariamente, e com o frio intenso ficam úmidas para o próximo uso, quarto é bem pequeno e não tem nada para apoiar as malas, embora tenha um mini guarda roupas era melhor substituir por um mini sofá assim evitaria das malas ficarem pelo quarto q é pequeno e atrapalha a passagem. colaboradores são mto gentis e atenciosos, atendimento ótimo, amei o cão de guarda (rottweiler). Café da manhã bem simples, bem simples mesmo, poderia ter opção de frutas variadas, senti falta de um chocolate quente e de uma sanduicheira para esquentar o pão com queijo,
