I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They even repaired our car for us because we were scared to park on the hill. Nothing can beat the view that opens up from every place on the property. The owner himself kept checking on us during our stay; you could really see that they put a lot of effort into guest satisfaction.

In first instance the place looks nice as it has a lot of green and flowers. But if you’re not ready to receive guests then do not accept a booking. There is a lot of cleaning up to do and maintenance is bad. The rooms were clean but very smelly due to moulds. Lots of moulds everywhere.

It was a building site. The staff spoke no English and refused to give us a refund as we needed to leave to stay somewhere that was actually ready for guests to stay. We ended up staying the beautiful Suna Sun hotel next door. I’d go there first next time!

Sözde yarım pansiyon!!!

Yarım pansiyon konaklama seçeneği üzerinden rezervasyon oluşturarak ödemesini yaptığımız dört günlük tatilimizde akşam yemeği seçeneğinde her gece sadece tavuk ,köfte ve balık seçeneklerinden hangisini yersiniz diye soruldu ne bir başlangıç ne de tamamlayıcı bir yemek ikram edildi.Yemek servisi için başlangıç saati olarak belirtilen saatlerde herhangi bir hazırlığın olmaması adeta ben neden yarım pansiyon bu otele para ödedim daha ucuz bir fiyattan oda kahvaltı kalsaydım diye düşündürttü..Odalardaki rutubet kokusu da cabası .Temizlik ve kahvaltı oldukça vasat. Denizin güzelliği dışında olumlu iletebileceğimiz bir deneyim maalesef olamadı.

Ekonomik oda olarak verilen odalar çok küçük. Yatak kırılacak gibi, kapının önündeki sandalye kırık. Gardolapin kulpu bile yok. 1gece bu odada kaldıktan sonra rica ettik ve bize hemen yardımcı olup ek ücret almadan standart odaya geçirdiler . Geçtiğimiz oda gayet ferah temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Bundan dolayı otel çalışanı ve yönetimine teşekkür ederim. Ama malesef otelin şezlonglarindan tut merdivenlere kadar çevre temizliği konusunda ciddi sorunları var. 4 gece 5 gun kaldık ve nerde hangi sigara izmariti var hepsini ezberledik . 1 gün bile temizleyelim demedi kimse . Bu belki cok büyük bir sorun degil ama insanlar yılda 5 günlüğüne tatile gidiyor ve hersey temiz ferah guzel olsun istiyorlar. Sadece kahvaltı dahil gunluk 875 lira verdik çift olarak. Bu paraya en azindan temizligi haketmeliydik diye düşünüyorum . Odalar temiz, otel bahcesi sahili paspal yalniz odalarin temizligi konusunda şikayetim yok . Konum olarak çarşıya araba ile 5 dk. Yürüyerek minimum 20 dk sürer diye düşünüyorum.

Pis otel/Dirtiest otel I have ever seen

Otel pis,odalar rutubetli ve pis. Bizden önce çıkan misafirlerin saçların kılı ve atıkları dahi doğru duzgun temizlenmiş. Rutubet sebepli odalar leş gibi kokuyor.Bahçe temizliği zaten berbat. Kahvaltı vasat. Çay dahi kötü olabilir mi? Evet kötü.Şimdiye kadar gördüğüm en kötü konaklama deneyimiydi. Hotel room and garden was dirty. No cleaning. Even previous guests hairs was around the room and toilet. Rooms smelled of damp.Terrible experiences I have ever seen.
