I was very satisfied with the hotel's service and truly appreciate your assistance. However, there were a few issues with the room facilities. In room 519, the toilet didn't flush properly, and in room 515, the bathtub drain stopper wasn't working properly, which made it inconvenient to use. I hope these facilities can be improved for future guests. Thank you again for your excellent service.

Our stay was truly exceptional. This property exceeded every expectation I have for a five-star hotel. The location is remarkable, offering gorgeous views while remaining within easy walking distance of key sites.
