Personal magnífico en todos los aspectos, estábamos solos en el hotel y nos prepararon un desayuno a la carta a la hora que pedimos. Además ayudaron a subir las maletas ya que no hay ascensor en un primer piso que tiene el hotel. Instalaciones algo anticuadas pero correctas. Volveremos

O charme discreto de uma arquitectura de outros tempos, muito confortável, junto com uma limpeza imaculada de todos os espaços que frequentei (recepção, lobby, bar, restaurante e quarto) e a gentileza e atenção do staff, onde destaco o director, sempre presente e decididamente atencioso ao extremo, esta minha estada trouxe-me o conforto mental de uma hotelaria portuguesa de grande nível. Beleza e tranquilidade

Ficamos três dias e ocorreu tudo bem e tranquilo, o hotel é grande, espaçoso e está muito bem localizado dentro das muralhas de Almeida, com fácil acesso e muitas vagas para estacionar o veículo em frente ao hotel. A vista também valoriza o local. O melhor mesmo é o atendimento do Luís que nos recepcionou com total atenção, cuidado e gentileza. A limpeza e o cheiro perfumado por todo hotel é bem agradável.
