Really good affordable accommodation for a family, if you are looking for a short say. Clean and comfortable, basic with excellent lake views. The location can be misleading, at least it was for us, as it says 13km from Lousanne, but the hostel is not in Lousanne but in Evian, whch is the other side of the lake and if you are intending to visit Lousanne, then you will need to add about 80min onto your trip.

Disons que le prix n'est pas justifié. On a dormi c'est sur mais dans les 150 euros pour une chambre dortoir... Pas de tv pas pas de clim non y a meme pas de chaise dans la chambre ! Le dej minimaliste mais rappel des vieux souvenir de self au college. Bref une espèce d'auberge de jeunesse qui serait sympa si c'était moins cher.

Chambre non climatisée, il fait extrêmement chaud. Si vous ouvrez la fenêtre vous avez un bruit de moteur qui tourne toute la nuit très bruyant. D’ailleurs on entend tous les gens sortir de leur chambre très tôt le matin. De plus, vous avez des rideaux pour faire le « mode nuit » mais qui ne se ferment pas complètement et qui ont des trous : vous êtes réveillés très tôt par la lumière. Problème dans la salle de bain, la VMC ne marche pas, elle sert de décoration et n’est pas conforme au loi française. Donc pour une personne comme moi avec des problèmes respiratoire si vous passez après quelqu’un vous avez du mal à respirer. Et le combo la température de l’eau n’est pas stable donc vous avez un coup de l’eau gelée puis de l’eau brûlante puis de l’eau tiède c’est génial ! Attention aussi en 4 nuits pas un passage pour le ménage donc pas de papier toilette en plus ni changement de serviettes. Le seul point positif est la vue et le matelas reste assez confortable.

vaste chambre lumineuse avec une vue splendide sur le Leman, très propre et relookée , dommage les parties communes de ce bâtiment ancien ne sont pas terribles (odeur, propreté..) et il faut sortir pour se rendre dans un autre batiment pour les repas. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas de tres bonne qualité , type restau "universitaire", cela pourrait etre amelioré ..

Nel complesso l'esperienza è stata buona. Stanza minimal ma con tutto il necessario indispensabile. Tutto molto basic. Non era presente televisione. Letti singoli nella quadrupla ma li abbiamo avvicinati per creare un matrimoniale. Comunque adatta ad un breve soggiorno dato il prezzo economico. Personale gentile. Colazione a buffet molto limitata. A solo 5 Min di macchina c'è il centro di Evian che è favoloso e offre molti servizi, soprattutto di ristorazione. Struttura consigliata solo a chi non ha particolari pretese e vuole spendere poco.

Le cadre est sympa, idem le rooftop du bar quand il fair beau. Vue sur le lac c’est calme et reposant. La salle de bain à l air d avoir été refait, donc nickel. Et la literie super confortable. Mais la chambre n avait pas de tv, pas de chaise de bureau, sauf celle de la terrasse mega incorfortable. Et gros bemol, la poubelle de salle de bain du ou des precedents clients n avait pas été vidé. Un petit oublie mais ça refroidi.

Çok kötü

1- Resepsiyon kapandıktan yarım saat sonra yani 19.30'da otele vardık. CHECK-IN makinasından check in yapmaya çalıştık, bir türlü yapamadık. Oralarda dolaşan otel görevlisi bizi gördüğü halde yardımcı olmadı. Yarım saatten fazla uğraştık, yapamadık. Verilen numarayı aŕıyoruz, düşmüyor. Daha sonra aynı görevliyi tekrar görünce nedenini sorduk. Bu kez yardımcı olmaya karar verdi ve işlemleri yaptı. Öğrendik ki, bir buçuk saat önce para zaten hesabımızdan çekilmiş. Buna rağmen makina işlemimizi yapmadı. Üstelik bizden daha fazla para almaya çalışıyordu. 2- Hostel demek kirli olmak anlamına gelmemeli. Az özellik olabilir ama temiz olur. Hiçbir yerde temizlik iyi değildi. Oda, banyo temiz ol.adığı gibi kahvaltıda tabak, bardak, çatal ve kaşıklar da temiz değildi. 3- Kahvaltı çok zayıftı ve kalite düşüktü. 4- Rezerve ettiğimiz oda tamamen göl manzaralı olmasına rağmen, bize kısmi manzaralı oda verildi. 5- Bir daha kalmam mümkün değil, kimseye de önermiyorum. 6- Tek iyi tarafı ücretsiz otoparkının olmasıydı.
