Tudo ok. Valeu apena! Somente a comunicação que foi um pouco demorada. Não tem secador no local, e .dos quartos tem coisas encima do guarda roupas, colchoes enrolados, sacos e outros, aparentando um pouco de desorganização. Como fosse deposito.

Infelizmente o anuncio possui inúmeras fotos de vários apartamentos sendo um pouco dificil a identificação do apto sendo reservado. Comunicação com o responsável é péssima. O mesmo não responde as mensagens e qdo responde manda um texto que não tem nada a ver com a pergunta. O apto locado acredito que o proprietário nao tem conhecimento do estado que está o apto hj, acredito que em um passado recente o seu imóvel era extremamente bem cuidado, mas atualmente estofados estão sujos, gde umidade na parede do segundo quarto que faz divisa com o banheiro da suite, rack da sala com madeira inchada devido vazamento do ar condicionado da sala, tomada da varanda em curto, controles remotos sem as tampas das pilhas, utensílios domésticos deficientes na cozinha, nao tendo um copo para servir um suco. Apenas copo estilo americano. Banheiro da suíte possui um aquecedor de toalha mas nao tem uma ducha higiênica que é mais util. Geladeira com parte plastica quebrada, chaleira eletrica que nao funcionou que foi substituída por outra pela sra responsável, que é uma educação em pessoa. Sendo que essa chaleira substituída tbem apresentou defeito. Teve uma folha do papel de parede que se descolou durante a noite no segundo quarto, o responsável escreveu que foi arracado então perguntei se ele estava afirmando que foi, o mesmo nao me respondeu e deixei claro que se ele provasse que eu danifiquei eu pagaria sem problemas. Ponto positivo: enxovais bem limpos, cervejeira muito boa e boa iluminação
