10 Dec 2025Stunning hotel! Definitely a splurge but totally worth it for the view and breakfast and the beautiful room. The late night terrace area is a vibe. My only note is that the hotel charged me again even after I paid via hotels.com (they claimed that I hadn't paid yet), and it was a bit of a hassle to get the refund, but I eventually got it so it all worked out in the end.

16 Jul 2025Awful parking. Very pretentious hotel. A lot of building work around property. No table in room. Cannot use the pool before 10:30am and after 5/6pm. No shuttle service to/from town. Staff helpful where they can be. No real area to wind down/relax aside from room before and after those hours. Spa is incredible.

We booked Zoe Hora around 2 months in advance and paid approximately €300 per night. Only at check-in were we told that, because of a wedding, we would not be able to use the hotel’s main facilities the following day — including the pool, restaurant and bar.
This is especially unacceptable because the pool and the hotel itself are the main reason to stay here.
That evening, the wedding music was also extremely loud until around midnight, making it impossible to sleep.
No proper warning, no solution, no consideration. At this price point, it feels like private events are prioritized over paying hotel guests.

10 Jul 2026The hotel is beautiful! The room is very bright, but it lacks blackout curtains. There's no electrical outlet in the bathroom. We only disliked the restaurant. As for breakfast, I expected much more; there's no natural juice, no bread… It was full of flies everywhere! It was disgusting to eat. The restaurant is expensive and bad. We ordered shrimp in the pool, and it came with 6 small shrimp, costing 57 euros. For dinner we ordered lamb on the bone, and it came with 2 small boneless pieces, costing 46 euros.

23 Jul 2026Fantastik smukt hotel! En lille perle gemt i bjergene. Værelset var stort, smukt indrettet med fantastik udsigt fra balkonen udover vandet og bjergene. Middagen på deres ene restaurant zymo, var god og omgivelserne var rolige og hjemlige.
Middagen på deres fine dining restaurant var knapt så speciel. Udsigten var fantastisk, men servicen haltede på trods af alt for meget personale. Maden var desværre ikke en fine dining oplevelse og frokost menuen ved poolen er den samme som om aftenen hvilket var ret skuffende.
Ville klart anbefale hotellet, men man skal skrue ned for forventningen til Zoe Hora restauranten.

Quarto enorme, super confortável e limpo.
Tivemos problemas com o ar condicionado que levou mais de 5 horas para ser resolvido.
Jantamos no restaurante do hotel, apesar de ser bem pouca comida, estava deliciosa. O chef veio até nós. Muito agradável.
O que esse hotel deixa MUITO a desejar é o café da manhã. Infelizmente não é digno de um hotel desse nível. Apresentação feia, pouquíssimas opções e nada era gostoso. Até os ovos fritos que pedimos vieram feiíssimos. Sinceramente, café da manhã pior que ibis ou hoteis dessa mesma categoria.
O hotel deveria rever urgentemente seu café da manhã.

15 Aug 2025Der Service ist leider wirklich sehr schlecht. Es bleibt mir ein Rätsel wie dieses Hotel sein 4,5 Sterne bekommen hat. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 30 qm gebucht und bekamen in unserer ersten Nacht ein Zimmer mit ca. 20 qm – mit unebenem Abfluss in der Dusche, an dem man sich leicht den Zeh anstoßen konnte. Mitten in der Nacht fiel die Halterung des Duschgels ab. Im Schlafzimmer gab es keine Leselampen, wir hatten lediglich einen Schalter für alle Lampen. Als wir das Zimmer betraten war zudem eine riesige Heuschrecke darin. Es gab kein Zimmer zum Ausweichen. Für die zweite Nacht bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer, das zwar größer war, aber dafür keinen Meerblick hatte wie versprochen. Der Service an der Rezeption war zudem unangemessen schlecht. Die Freundlichkeit und das Entgegenkommen haben leider gefehlt, um den Aufenthalt zu dem zu machen, was wir uns für diesen Preis erhofft hatten. Für 320 Euro pro Nacht einfach inakzeptabel. Das einzig gute: das Frühstück und der Pool. Ansonsten alles in allem eine große Enttäuschung.
