26 Aug 2025Wir hatten einen tollen Kurzurlaub auf dem Weingut von Familie Gehlen. Unsere Hunde waren ebenfalls dabei, was überhaupt kein Problem darstellte, da dort jeder super tierlieb ist. Und der morgendliche / abendliche Spaziergang durch das Weingut ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön.
Neben den tollen Weinen und dem 24/7 zugänglichen Weinkühlschrank wollen wir hier unbedingt noch Jutta hervorheben, die unseren Aufenthalt tatsächlich unvergesslich gemacht hat. Sie hat die Weine sprichwörtlich gefühlt, die Beratung bzw. Weinverkostung mit ihr war der absolute Höhepunkt! Wir haben im vergangenen Jahr mehrere Weingüter in der Toskana besucht & wurden auf keinem davon auch nur annähernd so an die Weine herangeführt, wie es hier der Fall war. Es war eine Herzensangelegenheit, was man auch einfach spürte.
Dazu ist Sie einfach ein super herzlicher Mensch mit einer tollen Geschichte.
Danke, wir kommen wieder!

Das Frühstück war super lecker, die Zimmer waren sehr schön und super sauber, super Parkmöglichkeiten (kostenlos) und ein super tolles und freundliches Team. Danke liebe Familie Gehlen für den erstklassigen Wein und den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns super entspannt und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben in dieser Unterkunft vier wunderbare Nächte verbracht, hervorragend gefrühstückt mit vielen hausgemachten Leckereien und ganz viel Herz!
Es gibt einen Weinkühlschrank (und auch andere Getränke + Kaffee/Tee) an dem man sich bedienen kann und auf Vertrauensbasis abgerechnet wird.
Die Familie ist sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und offen jedem gegenüber. Zu Beginn, beim Check-in, erhält man reichlich Informationsmaterialien wie bspw. zu der Lage, Wanderrouren oder Restaurantempfehlungen. Die Weinkarte wird auch immer dazu gegeben. :-)
Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert, sehr sauber und auch hier wird viel Herz und Liebe reingesteckt.
Der Fernseher hat eine Internetverbindung (Smart TV), sodass man verschiedene Mediatheken oder auch seine privaten Accounts von bspw. Netflix oder Amazon Prime nutzen kann.
Die Lage des Weinguts befindet sich in erhöhter Lage am Ende (oder auch Anfang - je nach dem von welcher Seite man rein fährt) von Brauneberg in etwas erhöhter Lage. Dadurch kann man die Weinberge und generell die Natur sehr gut sehen und beobachten.
Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar - der Italiener von Ort (sehr gut und zu empfehlen!) liefert sogar.
Alles in allem war es eine tolle kurze Auszeit an der Mosel und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! :-)

17 Apr 2025Die Pension und der Aufenthalt bei Weingut Gehlen Cornelius waren absolut toll! Das Frühstück war hervorragend und der Weinkühlschrank für die Gäste ein echtes Plus. Die Zimmer selbst waren modern und sehr sauber. Das absolute Highlight war die tolle Terrasse mit Blick auf die Weinberge – ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen. Sehr empfehlenswert!
