Very nice hotel, good, clean and quiet rooms. Friendly staff and nice to have parking places available as well. Good located near shops, restaurants and city center at walking distance.

Good location, parking in basement (with charge), very clean and comfortable. Staff excellent and helpful. Happy hour in the bar was much appreciated! We did not have breakfast.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für mich das Manco war das Bett::: wir haben ein King Size Bett gebucht … aber es war auf keinen Fall einen King size Bett.

Wir waren für eine Übernachtung im Rahmen eines Konzert von Ed Sheeran dem Hotel.
Wir waren wirklich außerordentlich zufrieden, ein sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, es war ordentlich und sauber.
Den wir besonders herausstellen möchten: unser Parkticket war eigentlich nur 24 Stunden gültig (15:00 Uhr). Auf Nachfrage hat man es uns kostenfrei gewährt bis 18:00 Uhr zu verlängern, so dass wir noch einen schönen Aufenthalt in Düsseldorf verbringen durften. Das macht so mit einer fünf Sterne Bewertung perfekt. Herzlichen Dank.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Die Altstadt ist schnell und einfach zu erreichen und auch die U-Bahn-Station liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Umgebung ruhig und alles war sauber. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
