Key cards wouldn't work for me although they did work for the staff that were trying to help. After trying several different rooms I gave up. They submitted a refund and I left. I found out later this place is known locally for renting rooms by the hour. I think my guardian angel was trying to tell me to leave.

COCKROACHES NOT VERY FRIENDLY.
CIGARETTE BURNS IN THE BEDS AND ASHES EVERYWHERE.
IT SMELLED SO AWFUL.
DOOR DID NOT LOCK. PRETTY SURE THERE WAS BLOOD ON THE BATHROOM WALLS. BUGARS SMEARD ON THE WALLS. FLOORS PEELING UP. I DIDNT EVEN SLEEP THERE I WENT TO LOCAL TRUCK STOP AND SLEPT IN MY TRUCK!!!!!!!

When we went in our room, we noticed that it was a smoking room, didn’t know they really had those anymore. Room needed a complete overhaul painting, etc. We went online and checked the ratings and past guests and the big complaint was bedbugs, cleanliness, etc. so we packed up and left Never spent the night in the hotel room at that hour. There was no attendant on duty at about 8 PM.

Disappointed in Motel Cleanliness/Upkeep
Room had a heavy musk scent, floors seemed unclean and could use a good scrub-mopping, Corners around tub and floor areas surrounding toilet appeared dirty/unclean, appeared to have very old/worn furniture which did not seem sanitized/safe to sit on, toilet seem to have really slow pressure with taking a few moments just to flush, missing napkins from vanity table, wash-cloths and towels did not appear to be as clean, bathroom door screeches when opening/closing, roaches crawling by microwave/refrigerator area, interior air-conditioning vents needs cleaning, and bedding had heavy musky scent and the bed pillows appeared to have been used so much until deformed/flat with a musky-bleach type scent… I am extremely disappointed and will not consider another stay at that location.

Very dirty. Our shower was broken. Bed had two very old, flat, dirty pillows. No clean available so we went and bought pillows. We were in a non-smoking room but that certainly didn't apply to marijuana as the stench was strong. The staff was very friendly and apologetic. There were random children playing in the back fenced area amidst broken glass and other objects. I never saw parents though i did see the kids sitting outside a door after dark appearing to be waiting to be let in. We were unable to secure a room elsewhere due to events in the area. Would not stay again.

Bedbugs. Roaches. I booked this property because it was 8 out of 10 on this site and I now have very serious questions about this site. There is no way this is an eight. I thought I had found a diamond in the rough because the price was low. However it was so dirty I did not want to walk on the floors. I saw two roaches my first night there. After two nights I had sores on my abdomen indicating bed bugs. I was disgusted with the room. I stayed because I was extremely busy during the day and needed a place to sleep and leave in the mornings. However I don't think I will ever book on this site again because I know that they would not have done anything to help me as a third party, and now I also know that the reviews are not even close to being accurate. I felt unsafe. There were people that live there long-term and they had arguments in the parking lot, also drug use right outside my window. The manager was pleasant and accommodating and did tell me where to park my car so that it would be under cameras. I did not die and my car was not stolen so those are two positives, as well as the manager, however she needs to take care of the bug infestation and the cleanliness.
