This place was horrible. My girlfriend and I couldn’t get any rest due to the amount of people who rented rooms to party on our floor. On top of the lazy woman at the front desk told my girlfriend like a lazy idiot that my reservation was only for 1 day and not 2 because she couldn’t being herself to check the booking. My girl got pissed off called me a liar and left. so thanks to that dummy at the front desk and not doing her due diligence out of sheer lazyness I have to go and get another girlfriend…go figure, forget this place and the staff they suck

O hotel é impecável. Só pontos positivos a respeito das acomodações. Pontos de melhoria é que o estacionamento deveria estar incluso, e não pago a parte. Outro ponto são os preços abusivos dos produtos do hotel.. quase caí para trás quando vi produtos 4x mais caro que no mercado. As cadeiras da piscina com muita sujeira dos pássaros, precisam limpar melhor.
