The apartment itself was wonderfully located, clean, and safe. The communication prior to check in was ridiculous. I was messaged no less than 5 times regarding payment request for cleaning fees that had already been paid. Then in the middle of the night the night before I was to check in, I was sent a message saying my payment for the apartment had been declined. I paid two months earlier and it was processed just fine. There was ZERO communication after that message so I had no idea whether I was even going to be able to check in that day. Upon arrival, we found that there was no soap of any kind to wash dishes, hands or anything else. There was half a roll of toilet paper and one tiny packet of shampoo for two people for four days. I certainly was not expecting to have to go out and purchase these types of essentials, especially since they are all specifically listed in the description as being provided. We had another stay booked in Buenos Aires and that one went absolutely perfectly. I would advise other travelers to avoid this booking for these reasons.

Let’s start with saying that this is not a hotel. There’s no one to help you and there’s no reception. I reserved “Studio B” and studio A. and was given studio C and A. Not A & B like it was reserved. Upon arriving in studio C, we immediately got a strong smell, right away we noticed mold all over the place. Right next to the bed area, in the bathroom and ceilings. Also. Incredible amount of dust. I tried contacting the property management team, there’s no phone # so you cannot speak to anyone. You have to write through WhatsApp and they normally do not answer. When I finally got a response the management team refused to move me to the correct studio and also refused to clean the room. I made a reservation for 13 days. Was only given one roll of toilet paper, the management refused to change my towels or bedsheets. I have proof of the conversations as well as pictures of the room. After sending pictures of the condition of the room to Expedia, Expedia tried contacting the property and they never responded to Expedia’s email and repeated calls. Expedia and myself both agreed it was a health hazard to stay there. I had to checkout early and book elsewhere. The property until this day ignored the situation and simply refused to do anything to fix this problem. The room has no closet or place to store your clothes or even a place for your toothbrush in the bathroom.

¡Una estadía impecable en Argentina! 100% recomendado. Mi experiencia en este alojamiento superó todas mis expectativas. Desde antes de llegar, la comunicación fue fluida y el proceso de check-in estuvo perfectamente organizado, sin esperas ni complicaciones, lo cual se agradece mucho después de un viaje largo. Al entrar, lo primero que noté fue la limpieza absoluta; todo estaba reluciente y muy ordenado, cuidando hasta el más mínimo detalle. El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos (o incluso mejor): moderno, con una decoración preciosa y sumamente cómodo para descansar. Por último, la ubicación es inmejorable. Está cerca de todo lo necesario, en una zona segura y con fácil acceso a transporte y lugares para comer. Sin duda, volveré a hospedarme aquí en mi próximo viaje a Argentina. ¡Gracias por todo!
