2/10 Poor

Room was okay but bathroom was horrible. No hot water to shower, sink leaked water on the floor, mosquitoes ne t on window ripped and cooling system remote control not working
Verified review

10/10 Exceptional

It needs modernising; the air-conditioning unit needs to be replaced, the shower requires replacement, the television is not functioning properly, and the key system also needs updating. I stayed in the ensuite, and I have to say it is not up to standard. Although it is a very good hotel for conferences, it should be upgraded to match its name and reputation.
