Great little kitchenette with a full sized fridge. I only wish they provided a coffe maker. Our room faced the courtyard, which was very clean and pretty, and we got to watch the resident cats playing in the grass.
It was not a luxurious room, by all means, but it was a great price, comfortable, and clean. The shower had excellent hot water and water pressure. Check-in was ready, and the staff was very polite and friendly.

The facility was clean. There were no kitchen appliances or utensils or hair dryer provided. Given the demographics of the tenants, it is understandable. For the price range and location, this hotel served my needs and I am satisfied with my stay.

It was an emergency type situation and k wasn’t prepared but that didn’t matter. These people made me feel right at home. Comfortable. Like I was going to just be ok. And for a moment, I was.

Cheap and it showed.
Personel were very friendly and pleasant.
The Tv in my room would turn itself off. Longest it stayed on was just over 20 min. It would shut off at 1 min, 2min 30 sec...it was random and annoying. Maintenance did come by and of course it never did it. Could use some updating; floor pieces were buckled, obvious water damage on the ceiling, bathroom door was needing replaced, and the bed was too soft for my taste as well as the pillows. It was fine for 1 night, especially for the price.

The rooms are dirty the staff is rude and things came up missing lady at the front desk is rude and allowed room key to be made by someone not on the reservation

I checked into my room at the Contessa Inn in Longview and immediately noticed roaches and other bugs crawling throughout the room. The infestation became even worse when the lights were turned off, with bugs visible on the floors and walls. The room was unsanitary and uninhabitable, and I did not feel safe staying there. I have photos documenting the issue. I am requesting a full refund due to these unacceptable conditions.

No one responded to knock at front door, calls, the night registering window bell. At 3am. I had to pull my pickup to the front door and lay on the horn. Then again cuz my card for the door wouldn’t work. For what I paid for it it was alright.

The room was very dirty. The whole bathroom was very nasty. The door is covered in filth, I killed roaches in the bathtub, the toilet was gross. The bed was nice but the dresser next to it had some gross stuff dripped down it.

The room was infested with bugs. It was a long hike to get to the ice machine. When I asked very politely if there was any kind of breakfast, i was told very cheerfully that nope, no breakfast, not even coffee. I couldnt leave fast enough.

FABULOUS STAFF
Original room booked we were unable to stay in but they accommodated us and moved us to a new room, beds are comfortable, tvs are decent sized, unfortunately no breakfast or pool in the Texas heat but that’s okay. The staff is wonderful and very understanding

Bathtub was leaking. Room Floor tiles are coming out they becomed unglued due to water leak. There are molds in the ceiling and the toilet. Room smells like wet dog.

I left The Contessa Inn. We didn’t stay at the property. We found other accommodations. It was roach infested, had roach bait in the room. No trash cans in any room. The personnel was rude. The front desk did)n’t answer the phone. Please refund my money.

The room itself was fine, but next time you have roaches please make sure you pick up the dead ones. And the area was nice and the other guest were playing loud music and hanging around it just remind me of a bad neighborhood.
