The hotel was old but very clean & had updated the bathroom & flooring tiles. The location was great but very noisy. I didn't give a 5 because we had upgraded our room to a family room but it was on the main floor right by the main entrance. It would have been nice to be on the 2nd floor. Staff were very courteous.

Room was not quiet at all, could here everything around us. Room was clean and everything worked. Staff was no rude but of the 4 hotels we stayed in Vietnam, they were the least friendly.

Wonderful room and hospitality. The AC in my room was great but my buddy’s room was not as strong. The pool looked like it needed to be cleaned a little. Also don’t be surprised if the windows are wooden shutters and not class windows. This wasn’t a deal breaker though. The location was great for old town and a straight shot on motor bike to the beaches.

Rooms were very clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was perfectly located to enjoy the Hoi An market etc. we had a very nice balcony and the hotel was quite quiet considering how busy the area was.
Bed was a little too firm but bedding was good.

The location was good. Very close to the shops, and easy to get to the old city. Breakfast was ok, but the restaurant was great. Wide variety of food items which were very tasty! Didn't use the pool, but it appeared very clean, and many families were enjoying. The absolute best part of the hotel is receptionist Muoi! She is extremely friendly and helpful. She told us everything we needed to know, and even provided us with a map detailing directions. She scheduled massages, took care of laundry and repeatedly checked to see if we needed anything! Always ask for Muoi! She is the best!🏆🏆🏆
