8 Apr 2026Stayed for 3 nights in a Junior Suite. Room was fantastic - great size, very clean, amazing views over the lake. Great choice at breakfast. Liked the location - short walk to cafes and the Lotte Centre. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice place to get away from the bustle of the Old Town for a few days. Would definitely stay again.

11 Apr 2026Our stay at Dusit was very relaxing after long days of travel and touring the city it was so lovely coming back to a refreshing clean room. The stay was so nice we went to HCM and Phu Quoc came back and wanted to stay here again. Hung Luu at check in was very respectful and helpful both times we stayed. As well as Tram Anh at breakfast was very pleasant and kind. I would give them 10/5 for hospitality and will always stay here if ever back in Hanoi

23 Sept 2026This is the most terrible hotel I've ever been in Hanoi. For first-time visitors traveling to here, this hotel may not be the ideal choice since the customer service is not friendly and passionate as a 5-stars hotel standard.
The day we get off from car, no bellboy or staff welcoming or help handling our luggages. Also no instruction to guide us to the check in counter. The receptionist hasn't introduced any service or restaurant they provided. Only telling the basic wifi password and breakfast time. The staff will answer the question upon request but not telling you actively.
The room is modern in clean condition. But as a newly built hotel, why is the floor is full of scratch? Maybe they should use carpet to cover it instead of doing nothing.
They will call you to remind check out on time. After returning the room key for check out, The staff didnt told us the checkout process is done and kept us waiting for 15 minutes.
This hotel is more likely for business purpose or event holding place. It’s quite different from the other 5star or 6star hotels in Hanoi base on the customer services.

17 Jan 2026The hotel staff are very helpful, enthusiastic and upgraded me to Deluxe Room, King Size, corner room. It was my return stay after trip to Ha Long Bay. This room is spacious with sofa area and cozy area for the bathroom. The amenities are great. They have a widespread of food for their buffet breakfast.

10 Sept 2025Amazing hotel and staff!
What an amazing hotel with beyond-excellent staff! They just opened a few months ago and the room is spotless. Wonderful breakfast spread and nice Thai food at the Thai restaurant for lunch or dinner (it is a Thai chain of hotels). The best part of the hotel is the most polite, accommodating, and friendly staff I have met! Do have a chat with concierge Nellie, she is super knowledgeable, speaks well and have the best customer service mindset any employer would be blessed to have.
Location wise, there is not much to see around the hotel, but you can catch a taxi or GRAB (Asian “Uber”) to Old Quarters or anywhere. Great views from the rooftop pool which unfortunately I did not have time to use.

3 Dec 2025I have stayed at this hotel for a total of about 9 nights since it first opened. I really loved the crisp, rustling texture of the bedding provided in the room. Furthermore, I was very satisfied with the kindness of the staff. And, the sunset over West Lake viewed from the rooftop pool is incredibly beautiful. However, there are three drawbacks that I would like to point out.
First, the soundproofing is inadequate. It seems there is a public performance venue or something similar in front of the hotel where busking goes on until 10 PM. It was so loud that it interfered with my rest. Also, I was very uncomfortable because I could clearly hear the sounds of couples making love—whether it was from the next room or a different floor, I'm not sure.
Second, the breakfast selection is small, and the taste of the food is not up to par for a hotel of this caliber.
Third, the gym in the basement lacks variety in exercise equipment, and yoga mats are not provided, which made it impossible for me to do free-weight exercises that could substitute for the lack of machines.
In fact, the noise issue might vary depending on the time of the stay, but I believe it would be great if further investment were made in the quality of the food and the facilities of the gym.
On the other hand, the advantages are:
It is close to the airport. It takes about 25 minutes. The surrounding infrastructure is quite good. Hanoi's largest Lotte Mall is located earby, and the public security (safety/治安) is

1 Jul 2026We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the newly built Dusit Le Palais Tu Hoa Hanoi. The hotel offers luxurious amenities and shines brightly through its staff, though it currently faces some external challenges regarding the immediate surroundings.
The absolute main reason for our immediate rebooking was Tuan Anh (Jason) Nguyen, the Assistant Guest Excellence Manager. Jason was nothing short of phenomenal. He was extremely professional, incredibly warm, always reachable in a flash, and instantly understood and resolved any matter. His experience in hospitality is evident in every single interaction. He truly has what it takes for a stellar career in the luxury hospitality industry, and the management at Dusit Hanoi should definitely promote him. He is an outstanding ambassador for the brand.
The hotel itself is beautifully and modernly designed, featuring impressive glass facades. The facilities leave nothing to be desired. The gym is absolutely world-class, equipped with the latest Precor machines, plenty of free weights, a proper squat rack, and a pull-up bar, offering a perfect, clean training atmosphere. The rooftop pool is pleasantly cool, complemented by great lounge furniture, a fantastic terrace, and a sauna with a great panoramic view. Unfortunately, we didn't try the onsen. We also highly recommend the hotel's transfer service, which is partly carried out in top-of-the-line Maybach limousines—a thoroughly luxurious experience.
