Hotel is perfectly located for all attractions whether it be by metro, walking or bus . Clean , friendly .The reception staff are always happy to help with any plans and always welcome you back with a lovely smile . The staff and overall presence of the hotel are amazing but the tub was grimie and there must have been a leak in the roof of the bathroom because there were stains on the roof. Overall the room was clean and well appointed. I would stay again regardless mainly due to the location. It is central to shopping and tons of places to eat within a five minute walk.

The staff were amazing and helpful coffee at the bar was excellent and the room was quiet and clean and a great place to stay for sight seeing we didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel but we slept great Bedding was fresh and clean and white and nice plenty towels and bath products were plentiful I saw in another review that they did t have conditioner so I brought a tiny bottle of my own Perfect walking location to coliseum forum and we walked to Vatican City and Trevi 10 miles a day Overall very pleasant stay!
