This was an awesome apartment. The location was great. we were able to walk to lots of nearby places, and the metro is only a block away for the further trips. Apartment was really clean, very spacious, and we were comfortable the two nights we were there. Had a little trouble communicating regarding early check in since there is no reception desk, and everything is done online. Would also have liked to know ahead of time that we have to download an app in order to access our room key, which is digital and blutooth used through the phone.

Terrible service, dirty floor
Check in process confusing and vague. Service is terrible. I requested several times to replace broken and dirty items, always the answer is we’ll see or no. Might as well not have customer service. Floor was dirty upon arrival.

The apartment space was very modern, clean, and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen has what you need to cook, a Nespresso machine, and basic condiments like salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar. The process to check in wasn’t the easiest, which is why communication is 3 stars. You need to download an app to get the electronic key card to open your room door. This was not simple and the electronic key card never appeared on my husband’s phone/app. Only I was able to open our room door because of this. We made it work. Would stay again.
