21 Sept 2026Rooms are upstairs on the fourth floor and can be accessed via a lift. The staff supply 20 cent euro coins for the lift.
Breakfast of coffee and a croissant around the corner is great.
There are no hooks for towels and no soap dish in the shower.
Walk away from the station towards the city to access goof restaurants and cafes.

21 Aug 2026The hotel is inside of a multi story building. Fortunately Armando was outside and saw us looking for it. The hotel is small but well maintained. Armando was a huge help, very friendly and a great resource for us to find local things to do. It is located very conveniently to the train station. I would stay here again. Thanks Armando.

21 Aug 2026We booked this hotel as it was so close to the station (literally across the road!). I am glad we arrived in the day as we walked past it once and missed the small sign next to the door.
We had been sent detailed instructions of how to get in so once we found the place entry was easy.
Naples feels quite run down and areas around stations are not usually that great as far as safety and security are concerned however the security of this hotel was excellent so we felt very relaxed once we were inside.
The room was large with a fantastic, huge shower. We also had a kettle (us Brits love a cup of tea in the morning!) and a fridge.
I was very impressed with the value for money of this place.
We had a lovely (free) coffee and pastry at the cafe below for breakfast and we were able to leave our cases whilst we went sightseeing.
All in all, great value for money and super for a one or two night stay.

11 May 2026First of all, the room was updated and modern and this is what’s shown on their website so we booked this hotel. However, we were so surprised and very disappointed about the location and property itself. This is a 4 room hotel inside a very old dilapidated building on the 4 th floor in a “not so” nice neighborhood near the train station. Our flight was delayed from California so by the time we got there, it was 8:30 in the evening. Our taxi driver dropped us off at the address and we were shocked to see the old door to a building locked. There was a tiny sign along with many other signs next to the door. Our taxi driver help led us calling the hotel and tell us to download WhatsApp to communicate with the owner to get the code, they didn’t email us nor contact us in Hotels.com for instructions for checking in. The main door to the building was shut and we had to have coins (20) to use the old elevator to 4th floor. We had to go outside to get change for coins to use elevator so we can bring up our luggage. It was such an ordeal we went through. They should communicate with all guests how to get into the building if flights get delayed and check in after 6 pm. We are seasoned travelers and we travel to all over Europe every year. It was terrible and the most unpleasant experience checking into a hotel.

emmän perusarkea. Hotelli ei sijaitse katutasossa, alueen ystävälliset katukauppiaat olivat heti neuvomassa paikalle. Hotellin omistaja pitää ravintolaa kulman takana samassa talossa ja respa siellä. Aamiainen samassa paikassa, sai valita erikoiskahvin ja tiskissä olevan croissantin tai muun leivoksen.
Taksimatka Via Toledolle maksoi 15 euroa. Taksikeskus ja metro todella lähellä.

7 Jul 2026Lige ved stationen og lydisoleret værelse. Fint værelse, badeværelse. Når I kommer, så hav 20 cent mønt klar til elevatoren, for det er på 4. Sal, hvis man har kufferter og ikke kan bære det op.

21 May 2026Ett nytt och fräscht boende som består av 4 separata rum i en våning. Allt fungerar mycket bra och är bara något år gammalt med hög standard.
En udda detalj är att det kostar 20 cent att åka hissen, men det är redan förberett i hotellrummet så du behöver inte använda egna pengar vilket några recensioner tagit upp.
Området är, precis som andra områden nära centralstationer ganska livligt. Mängder med bra restauranger i närheten och 2 minuters gångväg från Napoli Centralstation.
Väldigt bra och hjälpsam värd som alltid fanns i närheten och hjälpte till med allt som behövdes.
När vi kommer tillbaka till Napoli kommer vi boka samma ställe igen.
