7 Jul 2025Excellent bang for your buck! The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was delicious. The café upstairs had a great selection of drinks and shisha. More importantly, the staff was extremely hospitable! Shot out to Mahmoud who regularly sat with my family and I in the lobby to have tea and give us great recommendations around Cairo. This hotel experience really made our Egypt trip great.

19 Feb 2026The hotel is at a good location, near Talaat Harb street. The room was impeccable (including shower with hot water), tasty breakfast. Very friendly and nice staff, in particular Nancy and Reham are very sweet and charming. Was an excellent stay for 5 days.

18 Sept 2026It was a quite surprising experience to see this “hotel” so badly maintained starting with the reception area sort of under maintenance work, shower room with cracked walls and corners, old furniture which really needs to be renewed. Neighborhood is full of car maintenance shops, dirty streets and cheap and low quality eating places.

30 Apr 2026Notre séjour de trois nuits au Soft Hotel a été excellent. Le personnel est extrêmement dévoué et très accueillant. L'hôtel est situé tout près de la place Tahrir, ce qui est commode. N'oubliez pas que Le Caire est une très grande ville et qu'il y a beaucoup de monde. L'hôtel est donc dans un quartier très achalandé. Celui-ci nous a permis de bien nous reposer tout en étant très sécuritaire. Les déjeuners étaient aussi excellents et préparés avec soin. Nous y retournerions assurément !

13 Feb 2026la stanza era perfetta silenziosa , ( cosa non scontata al Cairo) nonostante fossimo in una zona trafficata e perfettamente pulita Il personale gentilissimo alla reception si sono alternate 2 simpaticissime ragazze una si chiamava Nancy l,' altra non ricordo. Ci hanno consigliato su cosa fare ,hanno trattato loro con i taxi e organizzato il transfert in aeroporto ad un prezzo molto onesto Colazione abbondante ,non siamo riusciti a mangiare tutto. Intorno ci sono numerosi ristoranti , vie dello shopping,la fermata della metro è a 10.minuti
