We loved our weekend here! The hosts were incredibly accommodating, making the experience even better. Totally worth it over a hotel — felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

6 Jan 2026We had to be moved to another unit because of HVAC issues.
The apartment was great aside from that (and the one we were moved to was also great) and the value was great.
One star deducted because the communication process that was required to make the switch and generally get it dealt with was cumbersome and inconvenient, with the property management, local Landing management, and the Landing phone hotline all being less-than-perfectly coordinated (especially after hours/over the weekend), resulting in having to follow up repeatedly and spend hours on hold waiting to talk to people.
If you had asked me for a rating in the midst of that it would probably be two stars, but in the end it was resolved well and the stay was good aside from that inconvenience. We would seriously consider returning in spite of that (and given the unlikely odds of needing that kind of intervention again). But hopefully they figure out how to streamline these processes in the meantime.

30 Aug 2025The apartment itself was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. However, the check-in process was unusually complicated and frustrating for a property booked through Expedia. To receive the access code, we had to complete multiple steps: submitting personal information for each guest, uploading a photo ID, and even agreeing to allow a credit check. On top of that, none of these requirements were clearly stated upfront. We also had to download the Landing app to access check-in details and gate codes, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing.
Because of all these unexpected steps, we were supposed to check in at 5 p.m. but didn’t actually gain access to the apartment for several hours. If Expedia continues to allow this property to list, they should ensure that these extra requirements are made very clear to guests in advance.

12 Jun 2026Our stay at the Green was like a nightmare and very embarrassing for my family visiting from Michigan. First of all I paid for a two bedroom and the landing kept insisting on putting me in a Studio for three people. When we walked in, it was dirty the couch had two holes, the bar stools are old and dirty. We had no bed comforter and two towels for the week. This room was like entering a Motel 6 and I didn’t pay for this. I’ve reserved at The Green before and that’s why my expectations were high. I definitely will not recommend going thru Hello Landing.

30 Mar 2026Terrible! I booked through Hotels.com but this place is run by an apartment complex. They require a separate check in but there’s no one there. I tried for 3 days to call and get help because the system wasn’t working for online check in. NO HELP. We flew to Austin. I was on the phone with someone in San Francisco during our whole connection. Got to Austin and still wasn’t resolved. Then went to the apartment and no one was there. Took another hour of sitting outside the gate before a girl (5th person I had spoken with) could help us.
The apartment was “ok” but not very clean. Big dirty footprints on the bath mat, etc.
Then our first day there they called ( they apparently can reach out when they need something) wanting us to go back to the apartment from our excursion to let them in to work on a TV. They called and texted 4 times.
I would NEVER book a place associated with “The Landing” company again.
