Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Nieuw fris hotel, ruime kamer. Parkeergarage nu ruim genoeg, ontbijtzaal nu genoeg plaats (nog geen hoogseizoen dus hotel was nog niet vol volgens mij. Groot hotel) Bushalte voor naar het centrum Potsdam voor de deur (lopen ongeveer drie kwartier naar centrum) In de directe omgeving is niet zoveel bijzonders te doen behalve het filmpark. Treinstation voor naar Berlijn op 5 minuten lopen. Ontbijt was voldoende maar elke dag hetzelfde. Mag wat meer variatie. Snel aangevuld als iets op was.

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Zimmer waren zwar klein, aber sehr sauber. Das Frühstück einfach, aber man wurde satt, es gab immer dieselbe Wurst und einfachen Käse. Eier wurden auch angeboten. Bitte Hände weg vom veganen Gyros, wirklich übel. Der Kaffee sehr gut und es gab tollen Tee, verschiedene Sorten. Der Autostellplatz in der Tiefgarage kostet 17 Euro pro Tag. Wir waren 5 Tage im Hotel und brauchten das Fahrzeug nicht, der Bus nach Potsdam hielt vor der Tür. Toll funktionierender Nahverkehr.

Das Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel entsprachen dem, was man von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwartet. Der einzige echte Minuspunkt war der Umstand, dass der schöne große Fernseher im Zimmer keinen Internetzugang hatte und auch nicht die Möglichkeit bot, sein Handy mit dem Fernseher zu verbinden. Damit war das Entertainmentprogramm auf das Standardfernsehen reduziert. Kein Netflix, Amazon prime etc. Das war wirklich enttäuschend und gibt einen Abzug von Hervorragend auf gut.
