Everything was great until I got in the shower and the floor pan wasn't clean properly (put sandals on) and hair was all over the walls and floor of the bathroom. Also bed are a little to firm for my liking. We only stayed 1 night so we really didn't experience the entire hotel. Things we did like was the room size (spacious) the kitchen, easily sleeps 6 adults in the 2 queen and sofa bed. Never seen a dishwasher in a hotel room before (nice). Overall we would stay here again.

The room was clean and smelled good the shower walls can be little more clean and the shower handle was loose. The staff were very nice and they were very polite also the breakfast was nice to me and my family. Parking was very pleasant and comfortable we have enjoyed our stay there will definitely come back to stay.

We were only passing thru for a night. We really appreciated the kitchenette with a refrigerator, since we had a cooler of food for our trip. The room was clean, spacious and quiet; even though we were only 2 doors from the elevator. Beds were very comfortable; my only wish is that you provide pillows that have some firmness. 3 pillows on a queen bed that squish down to nothing like marshmallows are not great! Also, an extra blanket would be helpful too. The pool & fitness center were clean and tidy. There are several patios with outdoor seating; sadly we had rain and couldn’t enjoy, but they looked inviting. The breakfast was one of the best hotel continental breakfasts I’ve had. Hot scrambled & fried eggs, Canadian bacon, big fluffy biscuits, make-your-own waffles, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, bagels and a nice coffee bar! Staff were welcoming, helpful and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again. Side note; we had dinner in nearby Conway at The Crooked Oak. A fantastic farm-to-table restaurant

The property was clean and modern. Room was nicely laid out. Sharp looking bathroom. Staff was overall very helpful. Outlets in the pool room weren't working and they fixed it promptly. Breakfast was okay. Scrambled eggs didn't look good. No glasses for juice. It appeared staff had a hard time keeping up with the deluge of folks ready to eat.

The check in was great with no issues. The bed was a little harder than we like but it wasnt bad. We loved having the kitchenette and the couch to sit on inatead of just the bed and a chair. They were super accommodating to us with our pups , we traveled with our three dogs.
