Great location close to the cruise terminal. Property is just very old. Tiny room with a great view. Bed was uncomfortable but we were exhausted after an overnight trip so we just stuck it out. Close to dining and shopping.

Enjoyed our one night stay before we set sail. Stefano was very kind and helpful with checkin and arranging us a ride to the port. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable and I loved the decor. Stairs to get to your room so with luggage keep that in mind. Stefano helped with our bags with was so kind.

Great location. The hotel has old world charm and very comfortable. Our balcony was delightful. Stephano was the best host. Very caring for all you needs. Great communication. The hotel is in the heart of the city with a wonderful selection of restaurants nearby. GiGi downstairs was a delight. Met some nice locals who made us feel like old time friends. Do yourself a favor and stroll the waterfront shops (2 blocks away) and collection of great food selections. We were there for a cruise. The port is 5 minutes away. I will go back!

A great location in a charming town. We have never stayed in Civitavecchia, and we were pleasantly surprised. The owner met us just outside the entrance and was super friendly and helpful. He recommended a wonderful restaurant nearby and even walked us most of the way there to make sure we found it. The room was lovely (and cool) which was greatly appreciated since the weather was quite warm. We would stay here again.

Loved it, although we only stayed one night. Short walk from the train station. Equally short walk to bus shuttle that takes you to the port gates for FREE! And there you can take another free shuttle to your cruise ship. The place is clean, air conditioned and comfortable. The guys are polite and very accommodating.

This is an amazing place to stay in Civitavecchia. Very close to the port and restaurants and shopping. The building is an amazing old palace with a beautiful interior. Our rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The hosts were very attentive, even greeting us at the door and arranging and guiding us to a transfer to the cruise port. I would definitely recommend it.

Nice stay near the port! The folks who run it are friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed a lovely little breakfast on the balcony of a neighboring building where they have another B&B. They also helped arrange for a van shuttle to bring us to our cruise ship in the morning for a reasonable fee. The building is charming and antique. It's a bit sticky and musty because the AC doesn't seem to run all the time, but we got it down to a nice cool temperature when we adjusted the unit in our room. Some of the rooms have lovely balconies.

It was our worst hotel stay so far. The guest house itself is nice and the host was friendly and welcoming. However, we experienced our toilet blocked with waste water from the toilet coming over the whole bathroom. We tried to call and text to the host several times to all phone numbers provided but nobody answered. In 3-4 hours they silently brought some towels to our door but nobody even tried to check the toilet blockage or clean the bathroom. So we had to clean it ourselves. There was terrible extremely loud noise from water pump behind the wall at night. Earplugs did not help. We do not recommend stay at this property.

I loved the pillows, they are some of the best pillows ever. Honestly the property is in an excellent location, near the harbor for those of you going on or returning from cruises, and the manager was very helpful with everything from check in to getting me a ride to the cruise port. Just a note, the entry for the property doesn't stand out from the other entrances on the building, but the manager is helpful, and the locals will show you right where to go - very helpful and good experience overall.

If you are cruising from Civitavecchia, this hotel is ideally placed to stay before you board your ship. It is located centrally in the city with plenty of great restaurants nearby and is also close to the shuttle service from the city to the cruise terminal. The hotel is in an old building, but was very clean and comfortable. The staff made us very welcome and covered all aspects of our stay at check-in. Would certainly recommend this hotel to provide an easy time the day of your cruise departure.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We needed to contact them via messaging to arrange to be let in to the building. We were the only guests the first night which was a bit disconcerting but there was good security. The room was comfortable although finding outlets to charge our devices after a long flight was a challenge. The second night the street below was extremely noisy until 4 am. It was a Saturday and obviously party night. Otherwise it was a good place to stay before a cruise.
