The room was very clean and cozy, the beds are amazingly comfortable (it’s hard to even get up because your body just wants to assimilate into the mattress lol). Parking is great right outside the door (which is amazing to be honest). The hotel is right next to the highway so no complicated roads to go anywhere and the view of the Malinche mountain is gorgeous, and the staff is great and very friendly. Overall a very positive experience and I 100% do recommend.

El acceso no es muy fácil, lo es si tienes auto, aunque eso nos queda claro si vemos la ubicación. El tema central fueron las amenidades de la habitación, las amenidades del baño no estaban, las tuve que pedir en recepción, de igual modo al salir y llegar la mayoría de las veces la recepción estaba sola y habia que esperar al personal.

Muy agradable lugar, cómodo y limpio, recomendamos revisar las condiciones de sus toallas, recibimos unas muy desgastadas y percudidas, hace falta iluminación en la parte del closet y necesitan dar mantenimiento a la pintura del baño. Es un lugar muy calientito y la habitaciones bonitas! Nos hubiera gustado que nos dieran cobijas adicionales. El personal muy amable y con mucha disposición.
