Outdated house menu with inaccurate, conflicted information.
Bad communication.
Clean bathroom but had no soap...
Uncleaned beddings with black dust/ stuff in twin room.
Uncleaned cushions and cushions still had labels/ tags on them which were put on beds
Uninviting very old sofa.
Appreciated the garage as parking was difficult in Dartmouth but very narrow garage with bikes, big wooden boards, big rubbish bin in the way, had to move them before parking our car. It was inconsiderate of the owner.
Lack of small touches made the property cold, unloved and made tenants feeling insignificance.
