We merely just for one night.
Upon arrival, hotel did not have our booking information as Hotel.com did not inform hotel about our reservation. Very poorly from Hotel.com
Had to show my invoice for reception that Accomodation was paid directly to Hotel.com
We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite.
Only problem and my biggest issue was the beds. Extremely hard and uncomfortable.
Not Queen or King bed. Only 2 single beds per room.
From all my hotel experience, this was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, including my wife.
Most expensive hotel per night, with the most uncomfortable bed. And that’s important.
