We had a late check in, so need to contact the hotel. This worked very good, However when we checked out, the person said that we needed to pay for the stay, we informed that we paid via Hotels, but she did not believe us and we need to find documentation from Hotels. When she found that she was not right, she did not apologize. I find this poor treatment of customers
