The location of this apartment is amazing! Right in the center of all the tourist spots in Trapani. The host communicated via whats app with me before arriving and was waiting for me on arrival for an easy check in and out process. The restaurants right around the corner are amazing and the walk to the tip of Trapani is worth it with amazing views. If you have a car the parking lot leaves a lot to be desired. I won’t ding the apartment for this as it’s a service they outsource. The parking lot is about 1.2 miles away as there is no parking in the center of the city which we found common in cities in Sicily. We called for a pickup to our car and the shuttle showed up 40 minutes late. Leave lots of time if you need to get to your car or walk if you have a time crunch as we did as we were flying out that morning. Luckily we had built in a safety buffer and needed every minute of it.

Apartment itself and location are good . There is no free parking. The host mentioned somewhere he knew and you pay but it is easier to find your own space on the nearby main road and pay the meter (free overnight).Host rang to say I had left my Kindle but we were in Palermo when I saw the message so couldn't go back. Host was not willing to wrap it and take to post office and wasn't able to say whether it could be collected as he might not be in. So basically i can't have my Kindle back.I would have paid of course. I know it's a nuisance but I've sent forgotten items to guests before.

Ground floor apartment with under tile floor drain/sewers making loud gurgling noises at random times of day and night. My stay was during 3 dry days so not caused by rain as suggested by reception. Very disappointing.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel. We arrived on Sunday morning. We have friendly shuttle driver drop us off at the apartment and we were told receptionist won't be arriving until an hour. He suggested to go have breakfast which we did. Two hrs later we came back to the apartment tried to check-in. We saw a fews guys then they left. We approached receptionist, who seem confused and unfriendly look at us and I have to initiate about checking-in. He said apartment was not cleaned yet, but will be later. He hands us key and said come back after cleaning done and he will text and let us know. He explained apartment will be cleaned daily and towels will replace on 3rd day. Three hrs later we got text we can moved into room. It was not what we see on hotel.com advertisement. It was not as clean, bed was not made. There were no blankets or pillows. We have to look around for pillows and blankets that were placed in dresser and armoire. So we have to make our own bed. We used the same towel the whole week There were no towels replacement. Not as clean or sanitize. Each day they only come and pickup trash. No cleaning and no cleaned towels that was promised. Time to leave apartment for our flight on last day. We were told we need to pay 25 Euro while contracts said free shuttle from and to Airport. It was free from airport, but we have to pay going back to airport. It was misleading. I would not recommend this apartment. Very bad service.

I chose this location because I had a tour departing from the port at 930A and my bus was arriving from Palermo at 845A. It was a quick 7 minute walk from the bus stop and I was able to drop my bags off and they handed me the keys. Once I came back, I was able to access my room. I was on the top floor and it was a clean room with a clean bathroom. I was able to use the washing machine as well. Doors were tricky to lock but they show you. The only thing as other reviews have said, the stairs were extremely steep to the top floor. As young as I am, my knees hurt a bit with my backpack and my luggage. Either way, beautiful location in the heart of town with lots of food options and a free shuttle to the airport which was wonderful the next day! Great deal included with the hotel stay. The ladies were kind and helped me when I had questions and I appreciate that the most! Thank you!!!

Don't expect a lot

I'm curious how this place has such great ratings. It's a very average/no frills kind of place. You do get a large bottle of water in the refrigerator but you only get one small roll of toilet paper per day so if there is more than one person in your party, be aware of this. No toiletries are provided so bring your own shower gel, etc. Also the toilet is literally in front of the sink. I've tried to include a photo but not sure if it is attached. It's really the strangest arrangement for a bathroom that I've ever seen. Finally, the manager (?) or contact person is not terribly responsive. It took until the next day to get one response to a question and, on the day of our departure she told us we could leave our bags in the lobby until the cab came for us later in the day. She assured me that I could just contact her when we returned for our bags and she would let us in. We tried to contact her for more than 20 minutes via both text messages and phone calls and she never responded. She didn't even look at the emails that I sent for a few hours. Fortunately a gentleman visiting another tenant arrived and we were able to follow him into the building to grab our bags before heading to the airport. Had he not shown up I'm not sure how we would have managed.

Location wise is great since is close to the ferry station and to the night life, restaurants, shops, etc. If you are traveling by car the inconvenience comes with the parking. They do not have an onsite parking, the city council offers a parking service so you park the car at Trapani outskirts. Since it is a 10 min drive, they also offer a shuttle service from/to the parking. In regards to the rooms I got, very outdated. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was working just fine. The first night I stayed on the first floor and the room was clean and comfortable. The second night I had to move to the last floor, mind the stairs! They are narrow and steep. Luckily they brought my suitcase upstairs since I had to take the ferry at 9am and the room wasn't ready yet. I arrived around 9:30pm and my bag was in the new room, smaller and less comfortable. My disappointment comes with the shower, it was not clean! I found hairs from previous tenants in there... So disgusting! I sent a picture to reception that same evening and I never got an answer nor an apology. Next day I met the cleaning lady on the stairs and she was staring at me without saying a word. She was clearly upset and she was letting me know with her body language. I saw the receptionist at the parking, when I went to pick up my car. I was surprised to see her working there too, she didn't mention anything in regards to the picture I sent her. Overall I am just very disappointed.

Kluddigt till tusen med transport från bilparkering till boendet. Ingen A/C i det angränsande rummet. Otroligt bullrigt, dörrar direkt ut på gatan som var riktigt tunna. Mörkt och ej upplyst som på bilderna i annonsen med "garagedörrarna" helt öppna ut i gatan.

Inga problem för oss men det var en lång brant trappa upp till boendet så om man har svårt att gå bör man meddela detta. Värden var snäll och hjälpte oss att bära upp en väska. Det var tyst och lugnt på den lilla tvärgatan ändå är läget toppen och väldigt centralt nära både hamnen på ena sidan och en strand några kvarter bort på andra sidan. Många restauranger i närheten. Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse/ Madeleine och Carl-Henrik

Trés déçu

Nous avions reservé deux nuits, nous sommes partis dés la première. Une clim extremement bruyante, une sonnerie de dysfonctionnement toutes les 10 mn. Impossible de dormir, et sans la clim, l'appartement sous les toits était une fournaise. De plus, les photos du site ne correspondent pas à la réalité des lieux.
