Accueil limite, la chambre n’avait pas été notée comme réservée. Puis finalement une solution de secours avec un lit d’appoint peu confortable. Ce n’était pas conforme avec la chambre attendue sans autres services comme une bouilloire ou juste de l’eau. Un décalage par rapport au cadre magnifique. Le petit déjeuner décevant. On nous a demandé un extra pour le lit d’appoint. Donc se renseigner directement auprès des hôteliers pour réserver à leurs prix pour un accueil plus sûr.

Séjour de 2 nuits, petit déjeuner bon mais simple. L'ensemble reste assez vieillot, certe ç'est un château, mais ça manque un peu de rénovation ! Après cela peut-être une bonne expérience pour ceux qui aiment les châteaux et découvrir autre chose que les hôtels.

La prestation proposée au Château de La Motte-Beaumanoir est exceptionnelle, le cadre est hors du temps. Le cadre est magnifique, la chambre était d’une propreté minitieuse, pas une toile d'araignée avec 5m de hauteur sous plafond c'est impressionnant. Finalement le service proposé était qualitatif, le personnel contribue au charme du bâti par son service.

Notre hôte ne nous attendait pas....

Déçu de la réservation via hotels.com , notre hôte ne nous attendait pas, n'ayant pas reçu la demande. Heureusement l'hotel avait une chambre en plus esthétiquement moins belle qu'initialement prévue mais au RDC avec accès direct à l'extérieur dans une belle demeure.
