Room id okay and staff was corteous. We arrived 15 minutes early to check-in and was told yo pay extra as per management.

We didn’t interact with the staff much during our stay but when we did, they were very polite and courteous. Unfortunately, the room was quite small and the bathroom cramped. We were only provided with two bath towels and no hand towels or face cloths. We also only had one roll of toilet paper (you can request more if you need it). The room wasn’t filthy but it did leave a lot to be desired (there was a spider web in the shower that looked like it had been there for a long time). We only stayed for two nights since we were visiting family in Tarlac and were heading back to Canada immediately afterward, so staying here was fine.
