Our shower and sink drained very slowly. The shower was fixed after two days but the sink was never fixed. There was a leak outside our room that was looked at at least three times but not fixed until the day we left. We put towels down to collect the water.

Chegando o estacionamento estava zoneado pela empresa que toma conta do mesmo, a recepção não fez o cadastro da acompanhante gerando constrangimento do dia posterior ao ter de refazer a chave magnética que zerou… além disso café da manhã muito “pobre” em variedades e zero capricho! Instalações da piscina sem manutenção e aspecto de largado, além disso no checkout uma fila enorme para tal gerando uma espera ruim e demorada.

Minha estadia foi muito boa. Contudo, acho que o restaurante deixa muito a desejar, principalmente sob dois aspectos. São eles: 1 - Cardápio - muito poucas opções 2 - Atendimento dos garçons. Com relação aos garcons, acontece algo muito interessante, principalmente no café da manhã. Em duas ocasiões, me levantei da mesa para apanhar uma xicara de café, e quando retornei à mesa estava limpa. Os garçons levam tudo que está sobre a mesa, sem que tenhamos encerrado nossas refeições.
