Location! Safe neighborhood. So close to airport that I was able to walk with my luggage. Great a/c. Cute cat who visited my room. The wifi instructions posted in the room didn't work. I suggest verifying with host before you retire for the evening. I didn't want to bother but that might be important to some people. I would definitely stay here again for an airport run.
