This place is amazing. They look after their guests and go out of their way to accomodate any requests and concerns.
A special mention to Merry Joy who is an absolute gem, very kind, professional and always making sure I was happy with my room and amenities.
Also a shout to Eva who made me find rhe room as new every day.
The place looks newly renovated it's kept very clean and very comfortable. Few steps away from the Vatican, city center and transports. Great value for money
I strongly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay here! No complaints, it was only a seven minute walk to Saint Peter‘s Basilica and the Vatican. Wonderful shopping district with lots of cafés and restaurants and only an eight minute walk to the metro to get anywhere in Rome.
We would stay here again. Staff was wonderful we really appreciated the bottled waters and cafe machine in the room.

Would definitely stay here again! Greeted by Joy who is lovely, knowledgeable, and efficient. The rooms are clean and supplied with coffee, tea, and bottled water. Conveniently located to everything in Rome! Check in was easy. Great personal service. Joy answered our every need and even arranged for a car to take us to the airport. Love this place!

Peaceful retreat in the heart of Rome
Wonderful location only a few minutes from Saint Peter’s. The room is a clever update of an early 20th century apartment, so the bathroom was a little cramped. Everything was clean and quiet. Very comfortable.

Was quite nervous staying on my own after reading some negative reviews about checking in but this turned out to be a totally great experience with Joy, thé receptionist, guiding me through everything.
The room was ver clean and all amenities available couldn’t be faulted.
My friends are also staying here after I leave and I’m sure they’ll enjoy it here, too.

We had an amazing stay at the Vatican Jubilee! The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was perfect — very close to St. Peters Basilica, shops, restaurants, and public transportation, but still quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Nice hotel room only a few minutes walk from Saint Peter's Basilica. Getting in could be interesting. Follow the directions they send and you will have no issues. The showers are a little small if you are on the plus size.

This was really a good property, more then that the Welcoming was very homely, Merry Joy is really as an asset and really a joy to speak to, really made us feel home, she always made sure we were comfortable and we got the right direction, When I visit Rome again I would surely love to stay there. Staff were so friendly, and helpful. I checked in late and they still able to assist me for self check in. I like how they tried to make stay nice and the complimentary stuffs they gave me is like a 5 star hotels gave. The room is clean and comfortable. I will come back if ill go back to Rome
