6 Feb 2026The room was smaller than what it looked like in the photos but very nice overall.
I’m scoring a 2 due to the poor service received from the management team of the apartments. Water leaked into the bedroom and toilet area after using the shower which we moped up using towels. Issue was reported to the concierge. We asked to be moved to another room which was available at the time, but they insisted on trying to resolve problem first before considering moving us as this is their procedure. We were happy for this to happen. After returning from our day out we found towels had been replaced and believed the problem had been resolved. After taking a shower water still leaked out. We informed the administration team again and their solution was to provide more towels. The problem persisted and we continued to report this. We were told the problem is being investigated but no one ever came to address the issue. One member of the concierge didn’t look like he was very concerned about our poor experience and simply said to report issue to the administration. We just didn’t bother afterwards, No reimbursement or compensation was offered either.
