    So this place is definitely nice if you are by yourself and need a place for overnight. The room had everything you needed like a fridge, smart tv, and an attached bathroom. The free breakfast was very good and there were a lot of options like eggs sausage some cereal was available as well as coffee and some pastries as well. Common areas were nice and clean and if you stay for longer than a day there’s even a small spa outside and a really nice outside space to hang out and just chill. The area is nice and there’s plenty of things to do. Definitely would go back if I ever need to stay in Buffalo again.

    Room was nice but small. Showers are shared outside the room. Shower water was lukewarm throughout my stay and one day was not clean. The shared space is very nice and inviting. Breakfast is basic . Dining room gives you a family feeling and an opportunity to interact with other guests.

    Wes's guest house was a great place to stay. The rooms are small but comfortable. The concept, however, is to spend your downtime in the common areas (they even provide robes and slippers). Many board games, and there are several clusters of comfortable seating areas offering different degrees of privacy. Nice breakfast provided daily, and the back yard with ginormous hot tub is not to be missed. Wes is fun to chat with and has good tips for exploring the city and its history. All other staff members were very kind and welcoming.

    It's different from a regular hotel. It's in a large remodeled home. The location is really good, close to downtown and Allentown. Parking is on the street. It's designed to feel more like a homestay so you interact with the staff more than at other hotels. Rooms and Hallways can be quite cramped though. If you are tall, watch your head going up the back stairway. The lower end rooms use loft frames to fit everything in, so if you're not a fan of bunk beds, keep that in mind.
