26 Sept 2025The hotel is in a very convenient location two blocks from a metro station on line 5; there are shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a lot to like about this hotel. The major problem is that the beds are very hard and uncomfortable (they look and feel like a box spring without a mattress). The hotel loaned us additional pillows when we requested them; that helped a lot, but didn't resolve the problem. A second problem is that the bathroom often smelled like cigarette smoke when the exhaust fan was turned off.
